The Elements are a rock band from Kathmandu, Nepal, formed in 2016. Ishan Raj Onta (Vocals/Bass), Raunaq Singh Adhikari (Guitar), and Dipesh Gurung (Drums/Percussion) have built one of Nepal's most active touring acts — 30+ singles, two studio albums, and a live record that spans continents.
From club nights in Thamel to festival stages in Delhi and Sydney, The Elements bring a sound that is Nepali rock without apology — loud, physical, and built for stages. Managed by Garage Entertainment.
